Depression
I'd been depressed for a number of years. I'd had a difficult childhood and my relationships hadn't worked out well. I felt alone in the world and the future seemed bleak.
Nothing I tried made much difference. Then I was recommended to try
some Acceptance-Action Therapy. Things immediately started to improve.
The fog began to lift from my life and I started to get more involved.
I
found I soon had far more energy. I started to to get more
active and my mood continued to improve. My depression cleared
completely and I became more motivated and hopeful for the future.
My life is very different now. I have a good job and am enjoying my daily life and challenges. I'm so grateful I found this therapy just when I most needed it.

Smoking Cessation
I'd been a smoker since my teens and believed I was thoroughly addicted and would probably never stop. I'd tried to stop a few times, but I soon took it up again. I knew it was damaging my health but I felt I'd collapse in a heap if I gave up a habit I'd come to depend on.
Finally I reached a point where I'd had enough. I really wanted to stop but knew I couldn't do it without some pretty radical help. I heard from some ex-smokers about a therapist by the name of Graham Price who uses a combination of Acceptance-Action Therapy (which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT), together with hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). I decide to give it a go.
It was a single two-hour session. Graham provided a money-back guarantee which gave me some confidence that he at least believed in his approach. I haven't needed the guarantee. I've quit for life and feel so much better for it.
I'm fitter, healthier, am saving a fortune that I can spend on other things, am happy not to be contributing to harmful passive smoking among my family, friends and colleagues and I feel confident that, having given up smoking, I can now take on any challenge and win.
I don't hesitate to recommend any smoker to give it up now. It's worth it.

Weight Loss
I've been in and out of diets for most of my adult life. When I was younger I was slim and enjoyed it, but as I got older I started putting on the pounds. I became first podgy and then, frankly, obese.
My weight effected my self esteem, my health, my happiness, my freedom to do the things I used to enjoy doing and my sex life, which somehow just vanished.
Then I heard of a therapist who successfully helped people lose weight. He used an approach called Acceptance-Action Therapy. I signed up for some sessions and never looked back.
I started to lose weight straight away. It was a one way ticket. I just kept shedding pounds.
I feel so much better today. I'm my old slimmer self. I'm fit, happy, healthy, confident and, yes, I've rediscovered my sex life. I would say to anyone: “Don't wait another day; start now and don't look back”.

Procrastination
I was the world's greatest procrastinator. I'd procrastinate about everything and achieve nothing. I'd start lots of things and finish none. I just couldn't make decisions. I'd ponder about them and then put them on ice until I had time to ponder some more. If someone else didn't cook my meals, I'm sure I'd have starved while I procrastinated about what to eat.
It seems funny looking back now, but it really made life very difficult. It got so bad I decided (after much procrastination) to get some help. An ex-procrastinator friend told me about Acceptance-Action Therapy and I had a few sessions. That's all it took to cure me once and for all.
I started doing things after the first session and within a few weeks I was achieving more in a week than I used to in a year. It was marvellous. My life is very different now. I see myself as an achiever instead of a procrastinator. I'm financially better off and I now live a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
I'd recommend Acceptance-Action Therapy to anyone.

Stress
My work had been getting on top of me. My boss was very demanding and I started to lose confidence that I could deliver what was expected of me. I began to get anxious and was having difficulty sleeping. My family life began to suffer when I started to get irritable with my wife and kids.
My wife had heard of a therapist who practiced an advanced form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy called Acceptance-Action Therapy. I saw him for a few sessions. Things started to improve almost immediately.
Once I'd got on top of the stress, I was able to take more control of the situation at work. My performance improved dramatically and I formed a much more productive relationship with my boss.
I feel generally more confident, am achieving more, I'm more motivated and my family and other relationships have greatly improved. I owe all this to the therapy and would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone.
