Recent research has revealed an approach to generating change and dealing with challenges that people who easily achieve these things already use, but which they may be little aware of. Now called Positive Acceptance (often abbreviated to Pacceptance ), the approach was demonstrated through research by psychologist Graham W. Price and colleagues at the University of London. Positive Acceptance combines the concept of acceptance with an action-orientated approach to resolving problems.

Price is a Chartered Psychologist, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) specialist, hypnotherapist, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) master practitioner, personal and executive coach and personal development trainer.
